d 41 Braddan in anno domini 1637 In the name of God Amen. I Christian Courmeene sicke and weake in bodie but whole and perfect of memories praised bee God, do make this my will as followeth: First I commend my soule to the tuition of ye almightie God and my bodie to bee buried in Christian mould. Item, I leave to the poore at tyme usual half a firlet of mault three kissans of wheate. Item, I leave my children viz, William Clarke and Kather Clarke my whole and sole executors of all my goods movable and unmoveable. Wm Clerke hath in his own & sisters behaulf. Witnesses: Jo: Cosnahan curatus. Proved this will & payd 6d probacion. A true and perfect inventorie of the fore said will, priced by Willm: Cotter & Paule Taggard: Imprrimis one old cow praised to twelve shillings, Itm one old blanket praised to 18d; Item an old coffer or chest praised to 6d. Depts deducted out of the foresaid inventorie, due to several parties doth amount unto foure shillings 6d. Pledge Wm: Cotter et Wm: Clark for ye Inventory & to secure the office subpoena double the value. This will was written the 3th of October by me Jo: Cosnahan
