The last will and testamt of Henrey Gall who departed
this life the 28th of June 1637. He committed his soule
to God and his body to be honestly interred.
To the poore one bowle malt, & one ferled wheate & a mutton.
To my BROTHER WM GALL half a heffer, my best suite,
stockings and shoes.
To my DAUGHTER ANN one bowle malt, to my DAUGHTER KATHEREN
3 half ferled corne, to my SONE HENREY GALL 3 halfe
ferleds corne, my will is that he my sone and heire shall
have the whole croppe totally.
Item, to my brother Wm Gall a parcel of land commonly termed
Knocke [aspicke] during his owne naturall life.
Itm, there is due to my BRO WM 23s. I claime from Jo:
Tatles[?] 17s, from Alice Cla.....
9s. I constitute and ordaine my CHILDREN, JOHN, HENERY,
KATHEREN, and ANN GALL my true and lawfull executors of
all my goods moveable & unmoveable except the croft. I
bequeath DAVID[?] TAYLOR & MY BROTHER WM GALL Supervisers
of my CHILDREN and my WIFE to have the tuition of my
children during there nonage conditionally, that she
doesn't marrie, otherwise my will is that the Supervisors
shall have the tuition of my children & goods during
their minority. This is my last will and testament as
