Isabell Churphy departed ys life ye 25 of July 1637   
the Court having intelligence therof hath decreed her 
two children vid: Wm & Anne Coneley Administrators 
& the next of kinred on the mothers side Supervisors, 
a legasy is to be given unto ye husband upon sight 
of the Inventory.  Probat et Solvit 3s 4d.      
Salvo tamen vinicuig sui iurie.   
Inventory before All Saints Day subpoena 20s.                   

The Inventorie of the goods of Essable Curghie aprayst --- 
delivered the one half geven unto wylls[?] conles[] --o: 
Caine & Tho: Bettles suretie for the forth comminge of 
the goods and to keep the office free.  
First 1 ox priced 12s,   
shep & 1 hog 3s,   
3 gese 13d,   
household stuff 12s,    
3 half ferlett wheat   
It 1 half cropt corne of a quarter of ground 
the above sayd goods belongeth to the heyre.               
---- the other half of the goods delivered unto 
John Curghie uncle on the mother side, Edmond 
Curghie for the forth ---- some goods belonging 
unto the wench[?] and to ---- the office  
first  1 ox price 32s,    
1 sheep, 1 hog 3s,    
3 geise 13d.  
It houshould stuff 12s,    
It 3 half ferlets wheat,  
It  2 horses prised 25s  
owne of the horses agreed upon betwixt the father
and the uncles to be geven unto the wench for her 
part of the cropt of corne.                
Debts due to the execr from Edmond Curghie16s,   
Robt Clark borne  6d,      
Debts to be deducted  6s 4d  
Clerk silver[?]  15d.    
To the Register 2d                       
Corbs due to the wench:  
1 chist, 1 sp---yd[?] price 3s,   
spinninge whell all these are in the ands of John 
Curghie her uncle.

of this Invent to ye execrs according to law subpoena
