Phillip Corlett departed this life intestate ye 2 of January 1637. The Court having intelligence thereof hath decreed his 2 Children John & Anne Corlett Administrators & the next of kinred on the fathers side supervisors but in regard that both these children are dead the Court have decreed the next of kin of one the fathers side Administrators vid: Doraty Corlett who is at lawful years, & do buid[?] herselfe to keepe the office for--- lesse subpoena double the value ad ---------. Probated et solvit 4d. Inventory: Imprimis 1 pott, 1 spade, 1 trape, a wheele & cards; Itm 2 fledges & a blanket, 1 sheepe & yearling; Itm fishing geares & a pumdrelly[?], a daggor a boad[?or boat] & fart---, 2 coffers, & a rotten ----, 1 bill; Itm a cottage house & croft of 21d rent. Ubbat Kenish entereth her claime against the executors of Phillip Corlett for a bargaine of contract. Note that the aforesaid ubbat is to prove her bargain of contract before 14teen dayes after the date forof[?] being 17teen of July & to bring a certificate thereof or else wee are to proceed according to law.
