In the name of God Amen. I EBOD CHOILL am sicke in bodie 
but whell in mind and of perfecte memorie the Lord God be 
praysed for the same, do make my last will and testament 
in manner followinge. First bequeath my soule unto the 
hands of almightie god who created & redeemed me, And my 
bodie to Christian burial.  
Itm, I bequeath to the poor 3 half ferlets of malt, half 
firlet wheate, half firlet oate meale, And 1 sheep.  
Itm, to THO: VANDIE HER ELDEST SON HIS FATHERS part of 
goods that is two beast the one of them a yeare old, and 
the other two years old.  
Itm, more as legasie 2 sheits, And 1 blanket of 4yeards.  
Itm, to my DAUGHTER 3 able beast, 1 horse, 2 bowles in 
barlie and wheate, 3 sheits and blanket of 4 yeards.  
Itm, to my SON JOHN CHRISTEN 1 blanket and 2 sheits.  
To JONI MONGHTON 1 whit peticoate.  
To ENE BREW 1 coate 1 shep and a half charchiffe.  
To JONIE CALLOW 1 charchiffe.  
To my HUSBAND his choise oxe or cowe out of the whole.  
Itm, to my DAUGHTER 2 sheep And all the rest of my cloithes. 
Itm, to Philip Christry a she calfe of a yeare old.  
To Sr John clerke 2 yeards linen.  
Itm, I do constituted and ordaine THO VANDIE and JOHN 
CHRISTRY MY SONNES my true and lawfull execr and THO: 
VANDIE my eldest son supervisor.

A true Invent of the goods of EBOD ILCHOILL the execr 
being of yeares -- ---- the goods --- delivered to 
them selves, and have bounde themselves to discharge all 
things accordinge to Law & to keep the office harmless 
subpoena double value ad usum.
