I EBOD CHOILL am sicke in bodie but whell in mind and of perfecte memorie the Lord God be praysed for the same, do make my last will and testament in manner followinge. First bequeath my soule unto the hands of almightie god who created & redeemed me, And my bodie to Christian burial.
