Patrick Cholly departed this life the 9th of 7ber when 
he perished by water, the Church having intelligence 
therof hath decreed his only son Administrator & the 
next of kinred on the fatherside supervisors.  
Salvo tamen vincing suo iure, Decretum et Solvit.           

Inventory 1 sheep, 1 blanket,  
It, half sheete & half his fishing geares,  
It, half house & garden all sworn in debts, 
ergo pauper et nihil habet
