The last will & testament of Tho: Carran who departed
this life 1 September & who left to ye poor 1 firlet
of corne & a mutton. It, to my daughter Margrett Carran
1 heifer, & 2 sheep, wth 1 boule in barley & wheate
& 1 boule of oats.
It, my will is yt my said daughter shall have a parcel
of my land called Slatary[?] to cut her from seeking
any more from my son.
It, to Jo: Hutchin 1 yearling.
It, I constitute my only son Tho: Carran my lawfull
execr & Jo: Hutchen wth the vicar of Supervisors to
my said son.

Salvo tamen vincing suo iure. Probat et Solvit 6d.
Invent:
It, one horse, & 1 cowe & calfe a heifer;
It, in sheep 2 & 1 yearling.
Jo: Hutchin hath bound himself his heires executrs &
assignes for the forthcoming of ye goods & to secure
ye office harmless subpoena double ye value
