In the name of God Amen, I John Conley am sicke
in bodie but wholl in mind the lord god be praysed
for the same, do mak my loast wyll & testament
in form followinge
First I bequeath my soule unto the hands of almightie
god my Creator and redeemer, and my bodie to Christian buriall.

brothers discretion.
