Aprill ye 22. 1637. German
Domine dei amen. I Margrett Lace sick of [body]
but whole of mind & perfect memory make my last will
as followeth.
Inprimis, I commit my soule to god & my
body to Xtian burial.
I leave to the poore di[half] firlet of Malt
& ij[2] ketchen wheat.
It, I leave to the poor women that are my
neighbours all my ould clothes.
I constitute & ordaine my husband John Kenish my
lawful executor of all my goods moveable & unmoveable
on this condition that after his death he shall
leave all that he hath to my two sons vid:
Silvester Kenish & Patrick Kenish, who is
willing therof.

Inventory of the decedents goods:
Inprimis a young horse growing in 3 yeare ould,
It, di[half] cowe & a qter of cowe,
It for houshould stufe 5s.
This will is proved wth the consent of her two sons
otherwise would have been revoked because there was
but one witness, the execr is at lawfull yeare &
hath bound himself to keepe the office harmless
sub poena double value.
