Wm Costen depted ys life untestat wherof ye church having intelligence 
hath decreed his only son Wm Costen administrator & the next of kinred 
on the father side Supervisors a legasy to ye mother upon sight of ye Invent.    
Salvo tamen vincuig suo iuri.   Decretum est et Solvit 3s.
