The pall will & testament of Hen: Thomason Senior who depted 
this life ye xxith June. First he bequeathed his soull to God 
& his bodye etc. Itm, he left to his sonne Henry di[half] an 
olde horse, 1 halfe an olde mayre & a colte, & an old feather 
bedd. Itm to his daughter Ann an newe featherbed & bolster.  
Itm to his sonne Tho: 6d legasie. Itm he lefte to his daughter 
Bessie his pte of ye barlie groweinge in lee-rds Cloage & 6d 
legasie. Itm he constituted & ordained his sd sonne Hen: junior 
& his daughter Anne Thomason his joynt executors of all the rest 
of his goods movable & imoveable unbequeathed.  
He confessed that his houses & cloase to bee his sonne Henries 
by covenant & bargaine & contract.

Invent: 
one heffer, di a cowe,  3 pewter dishes, an olde brasse pott, 
2 flaxen sheets, 3 pound of flaxen yearne, di[half] a dozen pound 
of guirden yearne; 2 barreles, di[half] a dozen trencher ----[?corb]' 
do a brewing combe wth [or wch] some other --------- 
the executors are at lawefull yeares.  

Debts to bee payd in ye Deceadents Legasie:

The executrs are at lawfull yeares & hath bound ymselves their heires 
executors & assignes in penalty double ye value to keep the office harmlesse.

Wm: Quaile entereth his claime against the execr of Henry Thomason 
for the summe of 8s wch he will make appeare to bee due unto him 
by witnes & there one confession for wch he craveth the tryall of law
