Bahie Teare depted this life the xxth of October or there abouts 
whereof the Church having intelligence haith decreed her sonne 
and her daughter Katheren by her latter husband and also the sonne 
John by her first husband lawfull adminstr.    
Salvo tamen vincuig suo jure.    Decretum est et Solvit 22d.                     
Invent to bee brought in of the goods wthin 14 dayes 
subpoena 10s, ad usu ---.  
Pt Invent:  3 pt of 1 cowe,  1 sheepe   10 s,    
& a barrell
