Archdeacon Will 1637 #122 Bride of John Joughin, died 7 September 1737 intestate: "

        Bryde  Septembr 7th 1637 
Jo: Joughin dept ys life untestate, wherof the church having 
intelligence therof, hath decreed his 2 Children viz: Mark & 
Margrett Joughin administrs & the next of kinred on ye fathers 
side supervisors, a legasy is to be given ye wife upon ye 
sight of the Invent.  
Salvo tamen vincing suo iure.   Decret et Solvit 6d.        

Invent  4 sheeps   8s,       vj eyes   8s 4d, 
It, 1 horse   17s;    half maire & filly   16s 8d.
