Essabell Kneene depted this lyfe the vith of August 1637 
intestate whereof the Church havinge intelligence hath 
decreed according to ancient presidente her sisters by 
father & mothr administr of ye third pte of her goods, 
and her brother & sisters by father only administrators 
of the 4th pte of her goods.     
Salvo tamen vincuig suo jure.   Decretum est Solvit ---.  

Invent before the next Chapter Court subpoena iuris.
