KK Andreas:  Whereas Finlow Marteen of KK Andreas depted ys 
xxxth of november last & constituted his wiffe Joney Cletter[?] 
executrix wch wiffe died alsoe the 22th of December: immediately 
ensueinge at wch tyme of there departure fyndinge that the 
crope was brocken the wheat sower some of the corne should s---- 
spent in the house and the most pte of the ground plned[?]  
I saye yt bye the ancient customarie lawes of this church: 
the recorsion[?] of this brocken crope is devidable goods and 
this next seeding is to be continued as the deceasent parents: 
and the eldest sonne begame the ---- yeare: and then at 
michelmas next the eldest sonne to wreite his benefite out 
of the whole crope.   And the execr there[?] due and if the 
oldest sonne be res------ h----- as he was 
beforre me ------- his shalbe your  du[?] c
