September xxiii 1637: Germ:  
The pall[?] will & testament of MRGRET FARGHER WIFE TO 
PATR: MCYLECHRISTE who depted the daye & yeare above written:  
First she bequeathed her soulle to God & to ye poore 
at discrecon:  Itm she ordeyned & constituted her 2 
CHILDREN viz, JOHN & JONIE MCYLECHRISTE her true & 
lawefull Executors:  Itm shee willed her SISTER over ----en[in fold], 
wch shee refused to here: Thereuppon she said shee had none  
to leave her children unto but ye father  
The Court hath ordered the next of [kindred] on the 
other side Supervisor.     
Testes:  
Tho: Crellin, 
Mrgret Fargher junior.        Probatu est et solvit 6d.

Inventory wthin 14th dayes.    Performed wthin ye time.
Subpoena --- ad usum domi

Note yt this Inventory is in the Archdeacon bookes 1637 
& there included in the fathers Inventory Patricke McYlchriste,
