In the name of God Amen, I Phillip Skaley do mke 
my last wyll & testament in form Following    
First I bequesath my soule unto the hands of Almightie 
God who created & redeemed me, And my bodie to 
Christian buriall. Itm, to the poore ----[in fold] 
malt, 1 mutton, 1 sheep, and the rest at my 
execr discretion. Itm, I do constitute -----[in fold] 
Tho: Pattr Skaley my brethren, the eldest sonne of 
John Skaley and the ----[in fold] 
of Wylliam Skaley my true & lawfull execrs, 
And my wyll is that ----[in fold]
Tho: & Patt Skalley shall have the goods in 
their custodie until those ------[in fold] 
came to yeres of discretion.
