This is affirmed to be the last will and testamt
of Christian Cowle. First she committed her soule
to God and her body to Chrian buriall.
It, She left to the poor 1 fir: malt & fir: oate
meale & the rest at the discrecone of her execr.
Itt, to her sonne John Skinner a calfe.
Itt, she left her pte of the intackes to be at
her husbands disposeinge dureing his naturall
liffe & hee to leave it to any of her children wch
he thought fittest for it, & that child to have
no other pte of her goodes save onely it unless
it shold please God to call for all the rest.
Itt, she constituted and ordayned her husband
Gilbt Skinner her true and lawfull execr of all
her goodes moveable & immoveable condiconally he
distribute her sd goodes equally between her children
when they come to lawful yeares or when they goe
to any trade; And alsoe she left her children
dureinge their minoritie to her sd husband.
