1637 untestate whereof the Church having 
intelligence haith decreed his 5 children viz 
Isable, Joney, Joney, Finlo, & Mrgret Stephen 
administrators, the next of kynred on the fathers 
syde Supervisors, a legasie unto the wiffe 
upon syght of the Invent.  

The Court hath made her vs legasie. 
Decretu est et solvit 2s.    
Solvo tamen uincuig suo iuri.   
Subpoena 10s this.   
Invent wthin 14 dayes.  Performed ut supra
