It: he left to his wife his pt of kruag[?] croft 
during her life provided yt at the latter day his 
said wife leave all ye whole croft to his daugr 
who he ordained his execr:  
& if the wif confes not thereto, you my exec ----- 
after my death is to possess his pt of ye croft.

will be breeches & my owne coate.
