In the name of God Amen. I John Freere sick in body
but whole in mynd God be praised doe make this my
last will & testament in manner & forme following.
first I committee my soule into the hands of Almightie
God & my body to Christian buriall.
It, I leave to the poore 1 boule malt, 1 fir wheate.
It, I leave to my son Robte the fourth pte of the crope of corne.
It, I leave to Sr Hugh Cannell 1 boule barly.
It, I leave Sr John Woods 16d.
It, I leave my wyfe and all my children my true &
lawfull execr of all my goods moveable and unmoveable,

Wheras Pat: Freere claimes a childs portion of ye good due
to him from his brother John the sd Testator, & ---[?here]

a yeare old in full satisfaction of the sd portion
& all other claimes whatsoever, wherwth he is fully contented.
