In nomine dei Amen. I Ellin Kaighin sicke in body but whole in mynd God be praised doe make this my last will & testament in manner & forme following. First I comitt my soule into the hands of Almyghtie God, & my body to Christian buriall. Itm, to the poore 3 half fir of malt & half fir wheate, 2 muttons & the rest at ye execr discrecone. Itm, I bequeath to my father Robte Kaighen & my sister Jane Kaighin one cowe betwixt them. Itm to Jony Kaighin one sheep & a lambe. Itm, to Christian ineYlrea hald a heffer. Itm, to the vicr a mutton. Itm to the Clarke 10d. Itm, I leave to my husband Patr Cowley the lands wch ws given me in dowry, and all the rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable, and I doe constitute my said husband Patr Cowley my lawfull execr.
