In the name of God amen, I Phillip Crynilt sicke in bodie and whole in mynd and of perfect memorie thankes be to God doe make my lsat will and testament as followeth. It, I bequeath my soule into the hands of almightie God and my bodie to Christian burial. It, I bequeath to the poore one ferlet mault one mutton one halfe ferlet[?] of oat meal. It, to Phillip Quine[?] a yeard of cloth. It, to my sister Katherin Crynilt 2 yeards of ruset cloth. It, I bequeath to my brother Wm Crynilt 5s and my coat. It, to James Crynilt one hog. It, I bequeath to my wife all my pt of the houshould stufe. It, I bequeath to my brother John Crynilt my loomes. It, I doe constitute and ordaine my brother John Crynilt my true and lawfull executr of all my goods movable and unmovable. It, I bequeath one sheepe & one hog to my wife. Wittnesses: John Teare, Callom Crynilt, jurati. Probatu est & Solvit 6d. Debts due unto the sayd test: It, from John Quirk 40s It, from Wm Christine 4s It, from Christopher Saille 15s and a board From Wm Farrand 10s From Ann Creer 7s. Invent amounts to 3s. Pledge Christopher Sayle December ye 10th 1642: Christo: Sayle entereth his clayme against ye execr Phillip Crynilt for 2 boules & one firlett dry corne & alsoe 2 s for all wch ye craveth tryall according to Law. The 28th of May 1643: Wm Cannell in the behalfe of his wife Ann Cannell als Creere enterth his clayme against ye execr of Phillip Crynilt for these particulars following: Imprimis pd ye moar for fines 0 pounds 1 shillings 0 pence It, for a halfe of a steere wch he promised f or foddering & ther cattle he had 0:----- It, for corne he tooke from Sm Carrett 0 2s 4d It, for 3 qrtes of corne he owed 0 1s -- It, for house --ome [or --omr] & fyreinge 0 1s -- And craveth tryall according to Law
