This is affirmed to be the last will & testamt of Jo: Carrett.   
First his soule to God & his bodie to Christian burial.

Itt, constituted his wife Bessy Gouldsmith his true 
& lawfull execr of all ye rest of his good moveable 
& unmoveable.

The Invent is nothing but a parcell of land of 3d yearly rent.
