The last will & testamt of Margret Stole als Joughen, 
who depted this life ye day & --------[dark & torn] 
9th of January anno predicto   
Imprimis she left unto ye poore a firlet of malt, 
and a firlet of meale. Itt, she left unto her 
husbande Dond: Joughen her halfe of ye best horst, 
and he to be overseer of his & her children.   
Itt, she constituted and appointed her children 
equall executors of all ye rest of her goods moveable 
& unmoveable.   T
he Court hath decreed the next of kinreed on ye mother 
side vidt: Phillip Tho: & Patr: Stoile joint supervisors 
wth ye father.

John Christin.      Probatu est & Solvit 9d.
