Andreas the 12th of Aprill 1643
This is affirmed to bee ye last will & testamt of Edmond Kelly (----[corner of page missing]
of perfect memorie) first he committed his soule to God & his
body to Chrian buriall. Itt, he left to ye poore one firlet of malt,
& ye rest at ye discrecone of his execr. It, he left unto his
sonne Donold Kelly all his lands wtsoever, that was then in
possession between him & his wiffe Ann Caisment, as an inheritance;
& demanded of his sd wiffe at ye same tyme, who she ----[dark blot]
wold wittingly condicend to give her pte of the sd landes ----[dark blot]
unto her sd sonne as he had willed, to wch she freely gave her
consent wthout contradiction; condiconally that she might have
the benefit of her pte of the sd lands for her livelyhood
dureinge her naturall liffe: & that her sd: son shold neither
set, sett, nor pass away the sd landes, but to returne it to the
next of kinreed as inheritance. It, more he left to his sd sone
two boules barley, & two boules of oats. It, he left to his sd
wiffe a white blanket containing eight yards out of the whole.
It, he left to his daughter Jane Kelly one firlet of barley,
& one gray blanket of four yards. It, more he left his sd:
daughter one cow in-calfe, in consideration of 30s that was due
to her by ye last will & testamt of ---[dark area]
her mother. It, he left to Jo: Lace one lambe. It, he left his
brother Jo: Kelly his best apparell, & he to pay the Clarke his dues.
Itt, to ye minister one mutton. It, he constituted & ordained
his daughter Bahy Kelly execr of the one halfe of all the rest
of his goodes moveable & unmoveable & his other two children execr
of all the other halfe vid: Willm & Issable Kelly. He constituted
his daughter Bahy supervisor of the other two execr, & to have the [profit]
& use of there goods for eight yeares, & alsoe to have the tuition
of the sd Willm & Issable. It, he left to Marke Curry a lambe.
In regard the sd Bahy is dead, therfore the Court hath decreed ye
next of kinreed both on father & mother side Supervisors.

It, one cow 11 yeares ould price 20s
It, one steere 3 yeeres 10s
It, one steere 2 yeeres 6s
It, one meare 5 yeares price 24s
It, one yong horse 3 yeares price 16s
It, 2 pts of a hefer 2 yeares price 4s
It, in sheep and hogs and 2 pts of 2 hogs price 15s 6d
It, 3 ferlets off one fer: smale barly 3 quarts ry 8s 10d
