I Bahy Killip sicke in body but whole in minde and of perfect
memorie praysed be God, doe make this my last will and
testament in manner and forme followinge:
first I committ my soule into the hands of almyghty God,
my Creator, and redeemer, and my body to Christian buriall etc.
Itm, I bequeath unto the poore at the usuall tyme of
the yeare, three ferlett of principle corne wth
other thinges, at my executrs discretion.
Itm, to the ministr 2 pottls of wheate.
Itm, to my husband his choyce beaste ether oxe or
cowe out of the those goods.
Itm, I bequeath unto my daughter Annas 20s legasie.
Itm, to my daughter Jony 20s legasie.
Itm, to my grandchildren, Annas children, one heffer
betwixt them.
Itm, unto my grandchild John Cannell 2 sheepe.
Itm, I bequeath unto both my daughters all
my woolen and lenning apparell.
Itm, I constitute, appoynte and ordaine my sonne
William my true and lawfull executr of all my
goods movable and unmovable.
