The ... last will & testament of Christian Keneene sick in body
but whole in mind & of pfect memorie thanks be to god, doe
make my last will & testament in manner & forme as followeth
First she bequeath her soule into the hands of her maker &
her body to Christian buriale: Itm I leave to the poor a firlot of
mault & wt else was needfull: Itm I leave to my daughtre
Bahee Kelly j firlett of barly Itm. Itm I leave to Joh: Quirk
& Phillip Ratcliffe a lambe: Itm I leave to my husband
Donell Joughin my part of the riding horse: & the fourth part
of my part of the crope of corne: Itm I leave yt if my brother
Donell Keneene doe returne back to my husband Donel Joughin &
my daughter Bahee 1 of 2 boules of barly & a pottle: & wt sheepe &
hay hee had in his hands yt was due to Bahee Kelly, then is my said
husband & my said daughter Bahee Joughin to reharve also to hee
my the said brother Donl Keneene 10S in money, & 5 halfe firlotts of oats: all
this thee oake rpen her 1 herge 10 be at??lb & also yt he possessed
to returnd the one halfe to her yt was due to him by ye execu=
torships. Itm I doe hereby constitute & ordain my daughter
Bahee Joughin my true & lawful executrx: of all the rest
of my goods movable & immovable: & to witnesse this to bee
a trueth we subscribe our hands this 20th of 9ber 1653.

Note that Will Christian who was sworene to guive
a trew Inventorie in, of his wife Issabl Teer goods
tisreased: have detained 12S – 6d out of the said inven
torie for wch ther is lands in mortgage: nether is theira
securitie bound. For the forthcominge of the said 12S-6d
to the children when they come to lawful yeares:
Therefore it is my humble request if ye may
be pleased to cause him the said will Christian
ore whosoever hath the lands in possession
To bringee in sufficient
