December 18th 1654 Malew This 30th of May 1655
The Testament of Jaine Bridson als Moore who comitted her soul ----
& body to xtian buriall It bequeathed to the poore a boule of -----
ferlett wheate a mutton ferlett [wate?]meale and what [flesh] ---
pleaseth the executor to give or [dispose]. It she bequeathed her pa[rt]
of the teame of oxen or plough and of the crop of corne /Thomas
heire her Eldest son a white mayre ..her[follower] and a heffer ---
three years; It she constituted ordained & appointed her husband
Christopher Bridson her true and lawfull Executor of all
her goods moveable & unmoveable whatsoever and
he to pay all her debts whatsoever. & to give to her childer
as followeth It to her son Christophr ten pounds in monie
or goods. It she willed that if God did call for her son Thomas
the heir that thereto the sd. Christopher should have but five
pound of the ten & the other five to her daughter Kathrin
Bridson for her to enjoy that part of the team & crop that is
bequeathed to Thomas the heir; It she bequeathed to her daughter
_ sd. Katherin Bridson ten pounds, in money or goods,
and all her cloathes lynyne & woolen that is [shapt] for
wearinge a fether bed wthout boulster 2 blanketts and a sheete
It bequeathed a mutton to Sir Thomas Parr. It she ordained
her two brothers, John & Philip supervisors & bequeathed to them
five shilling; It five shillings to John after that the said John
& her husband Christopher Bridson have made up true accompt
betwixt them for what is yett in difference. It She willed that if
it did please God to call for all her children than that the ---
of _.. shall have but ten pounds of her goods, whatsoever
moveable & unmoveable and her sd husband Christopher Brid
shall have all the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable
whatsoever she bequeathed to he mother her hudd to her sister
in law Issable Bridson a handcarchiffe to mr'grett Bridson ----
to Elizabeth Bridson a quife & a crosecloth and a smocke ----
mr'grett [Vinch?] a handcarchiffe and a smocke; to mary Brid[son]
appron of two bredthe of lymyne and the last waistcoat of----
that was mad[e], It to Ann Moore her Aunt her new shoes ----
