Phillip Daugherty orphant departed this life the 1st 
of 7ber 1657 intestate. The Court hath decreed his 2 
uncles Wm & Patr Curleod administer according to his 
mother’s will who are sworn according to Law.  
Decretum est et solvit.   
Inventory included in the mother’s inventory.      
Tho. Curleod of Ballagh for the sole... offering to 
take ... ye .... of Capt Tear’s hand and not 
su....... him to take ... out of the Administration
