Do: Stephen departed this life about the first 
of August intestate; whereof the Court having 
notice hath decreed his children Administrators 
but for [as] much as it appears to the Court that 
the sd Do: hath given his whole estate to his sd 
children by contraction bargain; the Court hath 
sworne them to pay all debts that shall be lawfully 
paid and to that purpose they have given securitie 
Jo: Cannell & Phinloe Quayle of Ballaugh & 
xxx secure the office subpoena 20 pounds ad xxx xxxxx.  
Salvo Tamen vincinge suo jur.  
Decretes est et Solvit.      

There is no Invent to be Recorded xxx this daye 
but what is added to ye Invent of Wm Stephen his 
son in the book for the last year.          

Wm Kewney entereth his claime against ye Administrators 
of Dollin Cannell for ye summe of 30s sterling 
and craveth the Law
