The last will and testament of Kathrin Goldsmith. 
First committed hir soule to God, and hir bodie 
to Christian burial.  
Itt, she bequeathed all hir goods movable and 
unmovable unto hir son Wm Quarke, and if hir 
sd child should dye, hir will was that hir brother 
Ja: and hir sister (Ann Gouldsmith) should be 
exects of all hir goods movable and unmovable, 
and unto Wm Knealle 12d legasie.    
Testes: 
Wm Kneall, jurat.        

Febr 1658
This being accordinge to Law made is accepted 
of with one witness & the exec sworne. 
Probat et solvit 4d.      

Invent priced by sworne men amounts to 17s 6d.  
The exec of age.  
Pledges Jo & Wm Kneale secundum forman legis.”
