Wm Quorke departed this life by extremitye 
of water in KK Concan River about ye 12th 
of 9ber 1759 intestate wherof ye Court haveinge 
notice hath decreed his brother & sisters 
viz Richd, Wm, Katherin, and Jony Quorke 
Administrators. The sd Richd & Wm onely sworn.  
Salvo tamen vinuing suo jure.  
Decretu est et Solvit xx.  
Invent: 12 s 4 d.   
To be deducted  10d.     

The Administrator at age.
