At Christ Leayre 8th of May 1658
The last will and testament of Ann Kewney, first 
committed hir soule to God, and hir bodie to 
Christian burial. 
Et debts due unto hir from Donald Skillicorne, 3 pounds 
wherof she bequeathed unto himselfe 21 shillings 
for a beast that shee was indebted unto the sd 
Skillicorne and the other forty shillings, 
to both hir daughters,  
due to hir from Thomas Kinrad 2s 7d.  
She constituted, appointed, and ordained hir daughter 
Jonie hir true and lawfull executrix of all hir goods 
movable and unmovable.  
Debts due from Wm Standish as appeareth all 40s and 
1 bowl malt.

2 Febr 1658
In regard the witnesses have denyed to swear that the 
Testatrix was of perfect memory at the makeinge therof; 
Therfore the Court hath ordained & decreed the sd Jony 
unmarried administer who is at age & sworne accordinge 
to Law.  Decretu est et Solvit 1d.         

A true Inventore of the above Testatrix goods, due to 
hir executris: 
Imprimis  1 cowe, 1 heifer[?],  
Itt, 1 meire and half a horse,   
It, 12 sheepe, 6 lambes, 4 hoggs;   
It, 2 new white blankets, 2 canvesses;   
with other implements of househould stuff.    
The exec at age. 
Pledges Jo: Casement & Wm Kewney accordinge to Law.          

XX Febr 1658
The Administr of Ann Kewney do enter their claime 
against Anne Kerrad for the sum of 18s due to her 
for the funeral of charges of Christian Skillicorne, 
and craveth tryall according to law.          

8 9bris 1695
Donold Skillicorne entereth his claime against ye exec 
of Anne Kewney for half a teame of oxen, halfe a cropp 
of corne of 6 4th part of a quarter of ground & other 
Intack with xxx husbandry geares and craveth ye Law
