Jony Kermod departed this life intestate wherof 
ye Court haveinge notice hath decreed her 2 brothers 
viz Wm & Jo: Kermod by father and mother, and Allice 
Kermode sister by the father side onely accordinge to 
her proporcion administer who are at age & sworne 
accordinge to Law.  
Salvo tamen vinuinge suo juri.  Decretus est et solvit 6d.         
Invent priced by 4 sworne men amounts to ye summe of  
15s 6d.  Chu[rch] duteyes & funeral charges to be 
deducted being  5s.
