In nomie dei amen. The last will and testament 
of Patr Joughin in perfect memory who maketh 
his will as followeth. 
Imprimis, he committed his soule to God & his 
body to Xtian buryall.  
Itt, he bequeathed legasye to his son Philip 
Joughin his part of the herring netts.  
Itt, to his daughtr Margrett Joughin one quarter 
of a heifer.  
Itt, he constituted and ordained his wife Ales 
Xtin executr of all the rest of his goods moveable 
& unmoveable and to see all his debts discharged.

The exec at age and sworn.  
Probat et solvit 6d.  
Invent within 14 dayes subpoena 20s.             

30 July 1659
The exec of Patr Joughen having failed to bring in 
his Invent accordinge to ye time above limited, 
and likewise beinge summoned to appear at this Court 
(as ye Sumner hath made his affadavid to performe 
the same.  Therefore ye Court doth leave him at 
ye Lords mercy as his honorable Governor for ye 
sd fine 12d.   
Invent in ye xxx leaf Toward ye right hand.                      

30 Jul 1659
Phill Joughen entereth his claime against ye exec 
of Patr Joughen for 10s and craveth ye trial accordinge to Law.      
Jo: Casmente entereth against ye sd exec for 4 pounds 
sterling and craveth ye Law.

A true Invintory of the goods of Patr Joughen deceased 
priced by 4 sworne men Michell Cowle, Michell Christian, 
Wm Joughen, and Daniell Christian as followeth:
