The last will and testament of Donald Corlett 
of KK Christ Leeyre who departed this life the 
28th of September 1659.  
First committed his soule to God, and his bodie 
to Christian burial, etc.  
Itt, he bequeathed unto his wife halfe a maire.  
Itt, he bequeathed unto his sone Edmond one quarter 
of one cow, one sheep one lambe.  
Itt, unto both his sisters Kathrin and Christin 
one hogg betwixt them both.  
Itt, he bequeathed unto his youngest sister 
Kathrin 6d legasie and his blessinge.  
Itt, he bequeathed unto his eldest brothers sone 
one lamb.  
Itt, he bequeathed unto Mr Jo. Christian one mutton.  
Itt, he constituted and ordayned his two sons 
Edmond and Ewan his true and lawfull executors of 
all his goods movable and unmovable.

The Court hath ordained his son Edm: as Supervisor 
to ye child under yearses who is sworn. 
Probat et Solvit. 6d.          

A true Inventorie of the within Testators goods 
due to his executor, 
Imprimis his part of 2 line  1:xx:xx;      
Itt, for his part of the cropp[?] of on 
house, and for other certayne other implements  2:7:1.  
Praisors: Wm Corlett, Ed Gill, Wm Knickle.     

The goods of ye eldestt done in his own hands 
& ye goods of ye youngest child in ye mothers possession.  
Pledges for ye same Edw: K----[hidden in fold] & Wm Knickle.  
Ye executors at lawful yeares & hath this day in 
the face of ye Court discharged their pledges & 
acknowledgeth to have ye goods in their owne hands.          

11 Febr 1659
Wm Culett entereth his clame againse ye exec of Do: 
Curlett for 10s sterling and craveth the Law
