Archdeacon Will 1659#07 Patrick of Catharine Caine als Hutchin, died 27 December 1659:
Katherin Hutchen depted this life the 27th of December 1659 and
ordained her children Jony, Mrgret, & Alice Caine & Jo: Caine her execr.
Testes:

Wm Coole, iurati.
Tho: Ratcliffe Sumner of KK Patr hath according to affidavid that he summoned the
execr of Katherin Hutchine to appeare at this Court to prove her will and have disobeyed,
therefore in fine xijd.
28th July 1659:
3 of ye execr viz Jo: Joney and Allice Caine for themselfes & other execr
have delivered up ther executorship by ye straw, Therefore the Generall Sumner
is to take the charge therof accordinge to ye Lawes of this Isle.
The sd execr nominated are sworne to give a true ----
that ye Sumner may returne his proceedings wthin 14 dayes.
13 8bris 1650:
This day the eldest son Tho: Caine hath come to this Court and desired ye
executorship of his mother Katherin Hutchen, wch is granted upon and hath
take his oath to discharge all debts soe farr as ye goods will extend.
Salvo tamen vinginge, Suo jure.
Decretum est et Solvit 6d.
8 July 1652:
Tho: Caine entereth his claime agst ye execr of Katherin Hutchen for a
beast due to him by Contracion bargaine & craveth the Law
Jo: Cloage entereth agst ye sd execr for 8s & Craveth ye Law.
Invent of Katherin Hutchen priced by sworne men as followeth:
A cowe & 1 blanket 18s
Pledges in forme of Law Patr Kerran & Tho: Gell
