John Callin, 1659

The sd Jo: Callin depted this life about the first of 
7ber intestate whereof ye Court haveinge notice hath 
decreed his 3 children viz Donold Michl and Mrgrett 
Callin Administrators & ye eldest Do: Callin Supervisor 
of ye children uner years; and because ye 
sd Do: is not capa-----[in fold] 
of taken an oath though at years, The -----[in fold] 
in discretcon hath joined ye unkle on ye fatherside 
Supervisor wth him who are sworne    
A legasye [to the] wife upon sight of ye Invent who 
is likewise sworne, a qter of a cow to ye wife.  
Salvo Tamen vincinge. Suo jure
Decretum est et Solvit ---[in fold]

Invent beinge priced by 4 sworne men amounts in the 
whole to ye just Summe of 29s and ye wives legasye satisfied.

There is further 1 horse priced to 24s wch is 
left toward ye paymt of ye eldest sonns mothers 
goods wch when[?] appears what it is, it to be barred
The goods of ye child Michl is in the mothers hands & ----[in fold]
