Two versions of this will appear on the microfilm together with several supporting documents. The first one, #14, appears to have been crossed out with several lines running diagonally across the page. The second version, #15, is in the same hand and appears to be substantially the same.

The handwriting is difficult to make out on the somewhat poor photocopies in my possession. The line numbers in this transcription are for reference only and do not appear in the origianls.
