In the name of God Amen. I JOHN BREW sick 
[in body but] whole in minde of good & perfect 
memory praised be God, do make my last will 
& testament in manner & forme xxxx.  
First, I bequeath my soule to God and 
my body to Xtian burial.  
To ye poore a halfe fir mault, 1 fir wheate, 
1 fir meale xxx shep[?] as will be necessary.  
It, 5s legasie to my son JO: BREW.  
To my SON PHILLIP BREW 5s.  
Itm, to my DAUGHTER ALICE BREW xx.  
It, to my DAUGHTER JONY BREW 5s legasie.  
It to my xxxx JO: BREW 4 boules of 
oates 2 boules of barley and 1 boule meale, 
and to THO: BREW 1 hogge.  
It, to WM KALLE a wascott.  
Itm, xxxx to my ELDEST SON.  
It, to Sir Wm Crow 1 mutton.  
I constitute & appoint my WIFFE BAHIE TEARE 
execr of all the rest of xxx goods movable 
and unmovable and She to give any xxxxx my 
4 CHILDREN viz: JO:, PHILLIP, ALICE and JONY 
to wch his xxxx hath given her consent at 
of the writing hereof.
