In the name of god amen I K--- Teare alias Ratcliffe sick in body but
whole in mind & of perfect memorie thanks be to god, do makings? my 
last will
& testament in manner and forme following : first I bequeath my soule
into ye hands of almightie god, & my body to Christian buriall : It: I 
leave to
ye poore a furlett of malt, w is needfull therewith at ye discretion of 
my
executr : It: I leave to my son James, & my daughter Issable, betwixt
--gm, a heffer in age to be culled for a legacie  It: I leave to my son
