I Mark Brew being sick in body but of sound and perfect memory (thanks)
be to god for the same? Doe make this my last will and testament in manner
and forme followinge First I bequeath my soule to god who gave it me
and my body to Christian burial. Item I bequeath to the poor the sum
of two shillings. Item to my sister Margret if she is living six
pence legacie. To my sister Kathrin 6d legacie and she to pay what
she owes me. It I leave to my Daughter Marriott twenty shillings
out of the five pounds left to the hands of my yonge maister Ed
Christian to be paid out for ____ for two years. It I leave to my
Daughter Margarett the other four pounds It I leave as a legacie
(to) my old maister 4 shillings.It The D____used moriety and 6 shillings
to my yonge maister. It I leave to my wife the third ponie from
the rest of my ______or a choice beast out of the
whole and do constitute and appoint my daughter Margarett
the executrix of all the rest of my goods moveable and
immoveable and to verify this to be my last will and testament
and have put my marke before these witnesses.

Ewan Gill sone of Daniel Gill deceased to whom (20th his sister Katherine
and brother John Gill) was due from the above Mark Brewe the some of 12d rest
by the death of their sd father Dan Gill and 12d? for and from the above Mark__ to pay as
being merryed to the relict of the sd Daniel and mother to the above children to commit? this
day to the record and hath acknowledged the full receipt of the 12d from
Margt Brew the executrix of the sd Mark Brew and doe by these present for
him selfe, his brother, and sister and their executers acquit free and discharge
the sd executrix her heyres Exectrs Admrs and Executers for such as written by
his subscription and it is to be fond or stood that they are all at lawful ____
