The last will and testament of Dan: Qualteraugh who departed this life
September 7, 1670
first he comed his soule to Almightie god and his body to Xtian buriall
Item   a six [fir]lott of corne & a mutton to ye poor at ye usuall ?? Of 5s
worth of drinke for his funerall
Item   a mare and a coult to his wife [..?..] [..?..]
Item   a dozen of choice sheep to Dan: Qualteraugh
Item   dz: dozen of hoggs to Ro: Lowne
Item   half a dozen of sheep to his daughter Isabell Qualteraugh
Item   to Alex Qualteraugh half a dozen of lambs
Item   To John Qualteraugh a hog
Item   To Ann: Knakill a hogg       being witnesses at ye will
Item   He constituted & ordained his Sonn Wm Qualteraugh his lawfull
executor of all ye rest of his goods moveable & immoveable and Ro: Lowne
and Dan: Qualteraugh to be overseer of ye sd Wm untill he come to lawfull
years

Robt Lown is order'd to pay John Bridson of Moneymoor 20s=5 ½ due to his
wife by a late Administracon, wch if he refuse to doe forthwith, the Sumnr
or a Soldr is to commit him into St. Germans prison, there to remain, till
he submit to Law, & pay all fines
