Isable Martin als Curlett departed this life ye 26th of Novembr. intestate
Whereof ye Church haveing intelligence hath decreed her sixe children
viz. Edm: Dnl: Thom: Eliz: An, and Christian Martin Admins. of
all her goods moveable and ummoveable what soever, and the next of kin
on ye Mothers Side Supvisors, and a Legacie to ye husban upon
Sight of ye Invent;

    Salvo tamen vinciug           Decretum est & Solvit
             juo jure
