John Kinread depted this life Octbr the 10th 1673
Intestate whereof the Church haveing intelligence hath
decreed her (sic) eyght children and ye posthum upon ye wives bearing
Adminrs of all is goods movable and immovable whatsoever, the
children at age supervisors of ye children undrgae, and a legasie
to ye wife upon sight of ye inventory.
Decretum est et solvit 1s 6d
Salvo tamen uncuig
suo jure
Robt Harrison and John Read are sworn to be supervisors
who are bound according to Law in that Court, and for ye
remainder of ye goods when ye debts are paid.
Note ye wife being a stranger can procure no other pledge then
