The last will and testament of John Faile, being in good mind as
followeth:
He bequeathed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial.
He left in legacy to his wife Kathrine Killey his half of a heifer of near
two years.
He left in legacy to William Faile one ---.
Item:  He left in legacy to his stepson in law Robert Killey ---- being in
ye said Robert's possession whatsoever was due to his said step son out of
his father's goods was fully satisfied ---- him a legacy.
Item:  He left to ----- a firlet of malt, two sheep and half firlet of meal.
Item:  He left to John Caley and Marriad Caley ---- to his will  ---- in
legacy.
Lastly, he constituted and appointed William Faile, John Faile, James Faile
and Catherine Faile, all his own children, to be his lawful executors of all
his goods moveable and immoveable to be his last will and testament to be
performed according to Law.
