The ‘F’ in the surnames Fara, Feere and Feera looks very much like a modern ‘T’ that has been crossed to make it an F, while the ‘T’ in Teere looks different and like a typical ‘T’ of that time.

husband Joh: Teer sole Executor of all the rest of her 
goods whsoever moveable & unmovable with her blessing.
