Ann Killip alias Lawson departed this life ye 11th of June
intestate whereof the Church having Intelligence hath
decreed her two sones John and Tho: Killip Adminrs of all
her goods moveable and immovabel whatsoever; the next
of kindred on the mother's side supervisors and a legacie
to ye husband upon sight of the inventory.

This day John Killip the surviving Admr of his<
mother Ann Killip being at lawfull age came to
the Record and acknowleged himself to be fully
satisfied for all the goods due to him by his
mothers decease, and doth acquitt his father
Wm Killip (in whose hands the sd goods are)
from the same, and his pledges for ever; As
witness his hand the day and year above sd
