Maughold ye 16 of May 1674

The last will and testament of Will: Corteene; Imprs. he comitted his soul to God, and
his body to Christian buryall. It. to his son Robt Corteen 6d Legacie, It. to his
Daughter Isable d6 Legacie, It. to Katrine Cowle two sheepe, It. his best coate
to whosoever wont for it Beare. It. to ye witnesses ye best mutton in his flock
for their trouble and expenses. It. he appointed his children John & Marriod
Corteen his Lawfull executors; and desired the viccar of the parish to super
=vise ym and bequeathed unto him three shillings; It. due to him from
Will Cowle six shillings, from Will Corkill 1s 4d. It. to his Eldest
Daughtr Issable his wastcoat.
